Terrible management firm. Lack of communication, violation of owner privacy, and much more.

I'm frustrated and disappointed with the incompetent management of my condominium building. A gas leak has left us without hot water or heat for seven days, with no end in sight. Each day brings new excuses for the delay, and the lack of transparency and communication is appalling. To add insult to injury, this is just the latest in a string of issues we've experienced under their management. Meanwhile, they continue to collect hefty HOA fees of over $800 per month without delivering basic services.
I live in a building they manage. They are responsive, friendly and professional.
I had two different property management companies at Wellington Square before Common elements was hired to manage our building, and I could honestly say that they have turned things around in an incredibly positive way. Their response time is within 24 hours consistently, and they run a very tight ship. I'm very impressed with their work so far, and look forward to see the improvements they make to our community.
