I've had a great experience at Common Desk Richardson. A special shoutout to Uroosa, who has been incredibly helpful and welcoming. She consistently provides excellent service and helps make the space feel like a true community. Extremely disappointed with my experience with Common Desk. I scheduled a tour of their office for a work event I have coming up, but when I arrived, no one was at the front desk. I waited for about 20 minutes, and still no one appeared. I texted and called the number listed on the “At a Meeting” sign, and no one has reached out to me. I left for about 20 minutes, came back before the hour was up, and waited another 20 minutes. No one ever appeared at the front desk.
