Great looking space, love having access to a Standing desk AND a monitor for a day pass. Now the reason for the rating, having visited other common desk locations (POST, Post Oak) in Houston they always usually have a very friendly and inviting staff. The staff at ion seemed to be in their own spheres and when you asked for helped it seemed like I was interrupting them and judged for being there.
