They have absolutely no concern with helping their customers. They are however all about how much they can get out of them. They recently started taking two dollars out of a joint account that I am on with my ex still. Instead of taking the negative balance from his other account, they are taking it from mine. Now, I am not allowed to do anything on the account, except one loan, and yet they can take money from me. Why not his other account? He’s the primary. I’m so happy with the service provided by this CU and Alaina. Alaina had us Pre-Approved for an Auto within 24 hours and were signed and complete within 1 business day of finding the perfect vehicle. I was able to sign from my phone and our notes are taken directly from our direct deposit! Highly recommend them especially if you’re needing to get on your feet!
