Purchased an R-Anell modular home, a subsidiary of Commodore, for $230,000. from Crouse NC. The siding is falling off, the front porch has sap leaking through the floor boards so that no one can enter our home through the front, many of our inside doors will not close properly, our front handrails have not been finished, one of our bathroom door handles does not work, the kitchen cabinet will not hold my plates due to faulty construction, there is still shoe mould that needs to be installed on wood floors. Family of disabled veteran, purchased home in 2020 at $280k, ALL of our cabinets now look over 75 years old, company will not take responsibility and fix the issues. Its truly sad poor customer service and upper management could care less. Stand by your product and do what you claim that you say you do. I would not recommend homes from this company. RUNNN!!
