Lived here for a year, and this place is a gem. Alyvia and Jessica were super nice, and accommodating, and they are passionate about creating a positive community. Building is clean and well maintained. A lot of fun events are held e.g. holiday party, rooftop garden, arts & crafts, breakfasts catered by local cafe. This is a very up & coming neighborhood with some hidden gems, and The Commodore is one of them!
So I thought I left this review when I first moved in. Turns out. It was the wrong commodore… even still, just wanted to share that my experience with the building management team has been very pleasant. Huge s/o to Jessica who made the entire process as smooth as possible. And now 6 solid months in and looking back I am very pleased w my decision.
When planning my move to Richmond, I spent a lot of time assessing options. I researched a ton of buildings and toured more than a dozen of them. I ended up choosing the Commodore and moved in a couple weeks ago. So far, I'm happy with my choice. Special shout out to leasing associate Jessica Delgado, who was super helpful during my research and touring phase and has continued to be kind and responsive now that I'm a resident.
Wow! It’s been a wild ride living here at Commodore and I wouldn’t change it for another experience. I lived here for a year and originally the building was under a different company. They were the worst. When the building was bought by the new company, everything changed… for the better. Don’t get me wrong, Jessica, has always been a gem in that place. 4/5 stars but let me explain I’ve lived here for a year and have been very impressed by the customer service and attentiveness of all the staff. The community manager Alyvia goes above and beyond for residents. All of the staff are friendly, responsive, and professional. I never got a sleezy landlord vibe.
