I toured eight different luxury apartment complexes several months ago, and The Commodore was the clear winner! I haven't officially moved in yet, but my initial impressions have been very positive. The floor plans are thoughtfully designed, spacious, and highly functional. You can tell that quality materials were used throughout the buildings’ construction, which definitely wasn't the case at most of the other properties I toured. I love this place. If I were not getting a house I would stay here. Great staff, customer service, custodians, facilities... everything! This isn't a place that only bogie people are at either. It's just a fine well ran community and i appreciate that. Thank you Jessica for take care of me my whole stay!
I’m approaching my one-year anniversary at The Commodore, and it has been an incredible experience. The building itself is beautiful, and the amenities are truly top-notch and well-maintained. What really sets this place apart, though, is the management team. A huge shoutout to Jessica and Alyvia, they are incredibly sweet, responsive, and always ready to help. Highly recommend living here!
Lived here for a year, and this place is a gem. Alyvia and Jessica were super nice, and accommodating, and they are passionate about creating a positive community. Building is clean and well maintained. A lot of fun events are held e.g. holiday party, rooftop garden, arts & crafts, breakfasts catered by local cafe. This is a very up & coming neighborhood with some hidden gems, and The Commodore is one of them!
So I thought I left this review when I first moved in. Turns out. It was the wrong commodore… even still, just wanted to share that my experience with the building management team has been very pleasant. Huge s/o to Jessica who made the entire process as smooth as possible. And now 6 solid months in and looking back I am very pleased w my decision.
