Nice apartment from the review. Please can someone that live here tell me how the monthly paid parking works? Do you get a spot allocated specific to you when you subscribe to the monthly parking? Have you encountered car break in or not finding a parking spot for the paid garage? Thank you
Loved living here! Unfortunately, I moved ONLY because I don’t believe it’s a good area to live with smaller children as it’s busy in the area. It’s not a place to go bike riding or anything like that with the smalls. My favorite was the secured parking garage and the trash fairies. Being that my son is on the spectrum, I also loved how we used a passcode to access the pool, gym, etc. They have a pet spa, rooms you could use to study and have meetings, do a podcast, grill with family and friends and they have a Sky Lounge wh... read more

Jessica Delgado made the process of moving here so easy! She kept us in the loop on deals, broke everything down clearly, answered questions fast, and walked us through the whole process. The staff here was great even when we had a million questions (and some anxiety about the move), they were patient, responsive, and just really nice about it. I toured eight different luxury apartment complexes several months ago, and The Commodore was the clear winner! I haven't officially moved in yet, but my initial impressions have been very positive. The floor plans are thoughtfully designed, spacious, and highly functional. You can tell that quality materials were used throughout the buildings’ construction, which definitely wasn't the case at most of the other properties I toured.
