Very nice older condo building. Well maintained. In 2023 + 2024. Underwent extensive remodeling for safety and appearance. Metseveral residents both young and some older. Million $ views of ocean from all 50 units. Looks like a great place to live. Publix plus 4 restaurants in walking distance. Nice garages for all residents. Right on Rt. A1A. .
