Very nice older condo building. Well maintained. In 2023 + 2024. Underwent extensive remodeling for safety and appearance. Metseveral residents both young and some older. Million $ views of ocean from all 50 units. Looks like a great place to live. Publix plus 4 restaurants in walking distance. Nice garages for all residents. Right on Rt. A1A. .
Not bad but really looking run down lately. Ok to visit not to live. Building has cracks in walls and floors of walls. This place is the next future "miami conda" collapse predicted.
