We had an off-grid kit system built by Commodore roughly 3 years ago for a small AirBNB on our property in regional VIC. Support through the install process was excellent and the system has worked faultlessly up until recently where the system was intermittently re-booting before eventually faulting. My 5 stars are not enough to explain the positive experience I had with people from Commodore in Shaperton Victoria. A few years ago, at the time I decided to buy a solar system, I couldn't find anything near my needs in Victoria, and I bought my solar system from a company in Queensland. However, a week ago, my system failed, and going through the sale papers, I discovered that the Queensland company was working together with Commodore Victoria, and their phone number was to be used in case of problems. Having lived off grid for many years and set up a number of stand alone systems myself, I was absolutely stoked to come across these guys! The best part is that their before and after sales service is just as good as the equipment they installed for me, highly recommend!
We just had an off grid solar battery system installed at Bornes Hill near Dunkeld and couldn’t be happier with the system and the friendly service from the Commodore team. From our initial enquiries through to installation they have been helpful, professional and responsive to our needs, and super easy to deal with. When we had a minor technical issue the team responded immediately and promptly took care of everything. Excellent customer service and ongoing support. We would highly recommend.
Good help. But. Wish I had more solar panels on cloudy days to late now. So don't no how they worked the math out. So I will say always ask for more solar panels
