Right from the start of my dealings with commodore, that is Riely, and now Jack and Glen, I have nothing but first class service. I purchased an of grid system from Commodore 4 years ago for a tiny house I was building. Recently I has a problem with the display screen so I contacted the service department in Shepparton for help. This involved popping into the shop a couple of times and having a phone hookup with Jack from the tech area. Special thanks to Josh Hillman for his great communication and helping get my system all the way out to me. My sparkie made the comment of how well its built and put together, he said they have done all the hard work for him! Up in the Strathbogie Ranges we have so many 'AusNet blackouts' it's ridiculous. On the evening before Joel from Ampforce (brilliant installer - see review) came to connect our new Commodore Hub15 system there were four blackouts in one evening. You begin to wonder if somebody at Ausnet is just flicking the switch for laughs? In any event, there has not been a blackout since.
