I live off the grid and purchased a Power Hub 5 system, thoroughly recommend this system top quality components. I have had one intermittent fault with the MPPT Controller this was solved quickly a replacement was posted immediately and with help on the phone it was an easy fix. When I have had any queries the after sales service has been excellent, I am a bit of a a Luddite even writing this review is testing me.The technical assistance have been patient and easy to contact. A very good company to deal with.
When I recently established that my Victron Cerbo had died, I reached out to Commodore. Jack provided top-shelf technical support and customer service, with a brand new replacement Cerbo sent out. Great comms; patient, supportive, clear with his requests and guidance, plus post installation remote checking. Thank you Jack - and thank you Commodore.
Right from the start of my dealings with commodore, that is Riely, and now Jack and Glen, I have nothing but first class service. I purchased an of grid system from Commodore 4 years ago for a tiny house I was building. Recently I has a problem with the display screen so I contacted the service department in Shepparton for help. This involved popping into the shop a couple of times and having a phone hookup with Jack from the tech area.
