This place is horrible. The boiler room flooded part of our apartment multiple times and made it mildew-y, without it getting fixed. Prepared to be without hot water or water at all for sometimes multiple days at a time. There's one washer and 2 driers, but none of them work so you'll have to take it to a laundromat. Honestly shouldn't be considered inhabitable.

This place is falling apart. There are issues with the water system, we haven't had hot water for two days and have gotten no response messages or calls to the emergency maintenance request regarding this getting fixed. This isn't the first time this has happened, and our water has been shut off for repairs an incredible number of times since I moved in a couple of years ago. Easily the worst place I have ever lived. Packages were constantly stolen, cars were broken into in the garage, we had a leaking hole in our bathroom ceiling for months that was never fixed in the time we lived there. There's only one washing machine that's frequently broken. I would never recommend anyone live here.
