My husband and I purchased land to build our dream house and Committed Titled neglected to tell us that there was a lien on the property. This was discovered after a series of other issues such as incorrect spelling of names, inspections not being completed, permits not approved and recording incorrect parcel numbers. Nick and his team far exceeded the expectations of both the buyers and sellers. He was able to close in just over 3 weeks with no hiccups! His rates are also the best in the area which is a plus.
