I signed up to be a caregiver for my son through PPL and have not been able to clock in. I sent an email to PPL and got a text from some genius named Bella from Committed Home Care reaching out on behalf of PPL. She asks me if I'm trying to log in on the app or from the patient's phone. I tell her that I'm using the app and explained how I couldn't get in due to someone's inability to spell and that I haven't been able to clock in since 6/3 (this was on 6/18). ZERO Unfortunately, I have to do this. I am having the worst experience. Although when a young lady by the name of Jacqueline was here, she was amazing un. There was a recent change in who provides the paycheck for people who care for their loved ones. Well, not one person from this company told us what we needed or what to expect, and PPL First, which is the new company, does not respond either.
