This is the WORST doctors office I have ever seen in my life. Called this morning due to some questions about a recent trip I had to the hospital wondering if they could help me, a lady named Erin was so unprofessional and so rude I couldn’t believe they would let somebody like that work in their office. Had an attitude as soon as she answered the phone then hung up on me. How did this lady get a job here let alone manage? Always receive prompt, professional care from the entire staff. Dr. Joy has been my primary care doctor for over 6 year

Nearly impossible to get in for appointment and then only partially listened to. I feel like the office does the bare minimum for routine checks and then tries to avoid any emergent appointments. The front office is ridiculous. I called for a sick appointment and was offered one 2-3 weeks later. I was told this was the next available appointment.
