Very professional
This place is honestly a joke. I called prior to booking an appointment and asked several questions, and I was given answers that led me to believe everything would be fine. I then booked my appointment. When I showed up for my scheduled appointment, all of a sudden, they couldn’t take me in and had no recollection of who booked my appointment.
