I have found Commers water to be a great alternative to the national brands. Good service and great value in water treatment and softeners. We have had them installed in several of our clients (buyer clients, seller clients) homes.
I was blown away by Herschel Johnson outstanding approach to friendly customer service! He never at one point seemed to be pushy and having me make a quick on the spot decision. (Most sales guys are) He went into details of the process and made sure I was well informed on all my options. Giving me insight on what would work best for my well water setup. Great service.
Wow, stopped in to see about picking up a RO filter set. They are asking $350 for membrane cartridge alone. This tells me all I need to know about their business model and to never reach out for any service from them. Do your research people. I get businesses need to make money, but price gouging is another story.
Their prices for RO filters are double the price compared to Amazon for the exact same brand and model. Trying to help local businesses has a limit. 10-15% acceptable but 100% is not. Do yourself a favor and buy the replacement parts from Amazon.
