I talked to a lady named flor Hernandez. She very very unprofessional. Very time i call they do not know what they are doing. Super unorganized. She is uneducated, does not know how to answer a simple question. You are on your own to figure out what is the next step, they will not provide an update . Tip for flor . If you do not love your job ,find a new one ! Stay away from this place. Rude workers, unprofessional, zero communication skills .
If I can provide this business a -0 i would Managment at this location is horrible and there service. I talked to Flor Hernandez who says she is manager and she would not assist. I would call in and she would not talk to me when i had a simple question. She would hang up each time i would call and somtimes answer and leave the phone hanging to avoid the call.
