Very disappointing experience with CVA Auctions. As a long-standing, high-volume buyer, our company expected professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, recent experiences at the Doncaster site have been unacceptable: On 11 September 2025, my employee was insulted, obstructed, and even threatened when attempting to collect fully paid vehicles. Mr Ross Dalton, Managing Director, was present, witnessed the behaviour, and chose not to intervene. Staff were disrespectful and dismissive, and management did nothing to address it. ... read more
