UPDATE! - Corporate Cruise America called me and rectified the situation. They apologized profusely and said I was 100% in the right. I would use Cruise America again but steer clear of the Cliffwood NJ location. =================================== RENTER BEWARE!! Crystal was the best help ever. She helped organise accomodation in New York after I mixed up dates and made sure we were all sorted after some issues with the cruise America van. She honestly saved the day for us. Amazing service.
