Went in for an alignment after changing tires and replacing ball joints. Was told it would be $130. Ended up being more due to changes parts on front end. Was able to work out the difference with the manager due to some miss communication. Alignment and service were good.
Very rude front desk lady, she’s dishonest about prices and overcharges what you originally had to pay.
Went in for an alignment after changing tires and replacing ball joints. Was told it would be $130. When I come to pay, lady says it’ll be $160. Apparently if you touch anything in the front end it cost more even though the changes in the alignment offsets were minimal. Was not informed until after the work was done. Alignment service was good but customer service was bad. Would go to less Schwab next time
The scan of my TPMS sensors were done quickly and for free. The tech who replaced my one bad sensor was polite, professional, and hard worker. Thank you for the experience. FYI Les Schwab charges $24.00 to scan the sensors
