I had a low tire. They quickly got me in, found and fixed the problem, and I was on my way.

I have always taken my vehicle to Commercial tire they have always taken care of me and my family. On my last tire rotation the tech told me that he could not get my lugs off the passenger side. The sales associate at the front counter quickly informed me she would fit me in on Monday to have the studs replaced. Monday morning I returned to the Kimberly road location at 7:40 to stand at the front desk for a while until all I can guess is the manager showed up.
