Commercial Tire is top notch. I bought 2 tires in Boise last summer. The Pocatello branch replaced the other two for me Thursday within a few hours of dropping my car off. Upon pickup, I requested to keep one of the old tires to become a spare when I purchase a wheel. Gage wrapped it up and placed it in my truck. And took $ off my bill. Wonderful people and great service every time. Thanks guys!!!
Tire rotation… takes an hour an half! Watching the crew members try to figure out how to lift my truck was very unprofessional. It took five of them one of which was the front end sales guy who was very upset.
They went out of there way , to help resolve my problem. Very helpful and friendly
