From the perspective of an employee, this is a great place to work. The building is nicely air conditioned, the work environment is friendly, and they're pretty liberal about your hours provided you tell everyone what you're doing and where you're at. The main reason I left is I'm still learning things about myself, and I've discovered the excessive travel is not for me.
