RecommendedThe best service We had since we moved here over a year ago! I can’t explain how grateful I am that the waitresses were so understanding of our one year old being messy. They were more than accommodating to what we needed! The food was fantastic we will definitely be back to eat!!!
In Emporia stopped to get a bite to eat @ Commercial St Diner as we were finishing our meal couldn’t make out the music in the background then I heard the word Dixie. They were playing look away Dixie land. Which it’s your restaurant play what you want. My question is do I need a Green Book to know where I can go when I come to town?🤦🏽♀️
Portion size is out of this world !! For the money you spend you will not leave here hungry ! My wife will drive 5 hours one way to go eat here any day

Just what we look for when passing through a town—a local diner!
Ventured out Saturday morning to get breakfast to go, the chicken fried steak and eggs was wonderful. What really inspired me was the seating to dine in. People spaced out in order to keep social distancing. So this Saturday it's dine in time Thank You Commercial St Diner for thinking of me.
Very clean, warm atmosphere. Food was great! Our server, Bree, was friendly, and very efficient! All their tables were full, and she still managed to make sure everyone had what they wanted! :) Will definitely stop there again!
