Extremely satisfied – We had Commercial Steam Team clean our office. They provided a proposal, sent two guys to perform work and followed up with a call as to how it all went. We were very pleased with their level of profesionalism and it is obvious they are wanting to make sure everyone is satisfied. We would highly recommend them to clean all your carpets. Outstanding Service – You know a company is doing something right when they don't have to advertise to be successful. Commercial Steam Team has such a great following that most of their business is either repeat or referral. Their workforce is trained to be professional carpet cleaners not sales people trying to bump up the bill. After the work is done, expect a call from CST. They want you to be satisfied and if you are not, they will come back until you are.

Customer Service at its Best!!! – I have had dealt with other caret cleaners in the past and they all had one thing in common - they wanted to sell me extras. CST definitely understands their customers needs and is not looking to inflate your bill. They always arrive on time and look professional. Great company to do business with! – We used Commercial Steam Clean for an apartment we lived in for about a year, and to clean the carpets of the house we moved into. On both occasions, the cleaners arrived when they said they'd arrive and did a top notch job. Since we were in the middle of remodeling, packing, moving, closing on a house, etc., we met the cleaners in both the apartment and the house and then we left them to do their job. Great Company – I had Commercial Steam Clean do my 3,400 sq ft house and it was amazing. They were on time, the employees doing the job were neat, clean and very professional. The price was as agreed up front and they didn't try to up-sell me anything else when they arrived. Super job and with two guys working it was done way faster than I expected. I also appreciate that there a family owned business.

Great Customer Service! – Commercial Steam Clean offers great service at the price that you are quoted. They won't come in on an offer and then tell you you need "add ons" to get the job done right. You want Clean Carpets? These are your guys! – Russ and Ryan are extremely professional and their team is outstanding. The methods they use are environmentally sound and the products are not as harsh as other companies, this is a good thing when you have to live there. They also stand behind their work 100%. Stain-free Carpet – The commercial Steam Team cleaned our carpet prior to a small party we were hosting. The crew arrived within the time frame that I was told and was very professional. The crew introduced themselves and explained the steps that they would take to clean our carpet. They paid special attention to the areas that were of concern to me because of a very visible stain.
