I am not sure who Dave is referenced in all the good reviews, but I have never encountered him. I hired them to move a sign for me in the past year and it has been nothing but a headache and now the staff is being rude. I have been understanding with the lack on communication and staffing issues, but when they try to blame their shortcomings on us, that is where I have had enough. I wrote email request to do estimate including other company's estimate of job description but no answer. I visited his work place and requested estimate but he said waste of time. Finally agreed that after I said I live close here and he might get job. But no estimate even though he said he will drive by that day.
