Wasn’t their fault my car got repoed but, when I picked up my stuff the man was so sweet!!

I was actually very nice to the guy that hauled away my car. He was sympathetic. I even gave him a water. However, the car retrieval people here are ignorant. All this to do about making an appointment beforehand noone answers the buzzer when you show up at your appt time...in my case 15 minutes. You just sit/stand here in this dark, lifeless room, hoping you're in the right building!!! Periodically pushing all three of the buzzers.
