My name is Maria, and I am the property manager for Silver Thatch and we just had our roof replaced with Commercial Roofing Industries (the job was 15,000 sf, 12 story hot asphalt reroof with tapered insulation.) and they did an amazing job. They had the job done in 6 weeks. Very professional and hard working. They also have done a couple of our other associations and did an amazing job on those building also. I would highly recommend Commercial Roofing Industries and hope to work with them on some of our other properties.
CRI Roofing did close to 200,000 sf of roofing for us after Hurricane Ian. These were hot asphalt reroofs. CRI was amazing, they were professional, they were timely and they did a fantastic job. They communicated with the tenants well and were always on target. I would highly recommend them!
