Very bad experience with their onsite Pathology (4Cyte Pathology). The lady who performed the blood test (on Fiday 11th September 2026)was inexperienced and very rude and when we made the complaint to Business Liaison, it is useless. They listened more to the lady’s false statement and her made up stories to cover her incompetence/mistake. When I challenged them to check the cctv at the location, they couldn’t answer. Not taking new patients
Have been a patient of Commercial Road Medical Centre for just over 6 years. Should have left a review earlier! Outstanding clinic, can't fault them in any way. They always go out of their way to help. Highly recommended and truly appreciated
I attended as a new patient with an injury needing stitches. The care I received was immediate, stress free and high quality. Thank you to the reception staff, nurse and GP who each did a fantastic job of making a very stressful afternoon into a genuinely pleasant experience. Highly recommend!
