One of the installers were extremely rude to tenant during installation process.told tenant he was installing a camera pointing towards and into tenant door and when tenant said that is not legal and goes against privacy rights he berated the tenant and made disrespectful comments and disregarded their concerns. Had to contact LTB to resolve the issue.after concerns that day did not see the camera in the hall pointing at tenants private doorway into their apt though perhaps realizing their mistakes.
This company goes above and beyond and met my needs. They care for their customers. Service is outstanding. Honest, antastic pricing and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need !
