Casey is young but has learned a lot about the commerical real estate broker business and I would highly recommend him. He found properties for us to research and found one perfect one to fit our needs for a 1031 exchange that other realtors had overlooked. He even checks with owners of commercial properties where their management division manages their property to see if any interest in selling. He also helped immensely during the escrow with inspection issues and recommendations of contractors.
