The agent assisting me responded slowly in email, didn't provide the full address of the location, was late and brought a walking small child, maybe 2 years old, to the meeting. The ad posting didn't have all of the information related to the rules, restrictions, of the space. I was overall disappointed with my interactions with this company.

Not very friendly. We viewed a space and broker was 15min late which is not that big of a deal, but we were motivated and just asked if the floors could be replaced as they were extremely dirty. It was a small ask to sign a 3 or 5 yr contract. The floors were the cheap linoleum which would not cost very much to replace. We felt like we were getting rushed out so she could go attend to the other people upstairs she was showing to during the time we arranged with her.
