This place rocks! I needed to ship my 60lb robot vaccum back for repair and all I had was a shipping label. The thing was AWKWARD and big and heavy..... I walked in not even knowing exactly what I needed or what they'd be able to do for me and Randy fixed me up completely! He had just the right sized box and packing materials needed... and i didn't have to lug it anywhere other than inside. Without him I think I would have had to go to 2 or 3 places, buy overpriced and unsuitable materials and still have to lug it back home ... read more
