This company is a scam! They wanted to charge my customer $4000 for a $35 part that takes 3 minutes to put in their machine. I have attached a photo of the part. This company will be reported to the BBB as well as other business agencies. What a bunch of scammers. (Note today's date on my screenshot.) SCAMMERS taking advantage of people. SHAME ON YOU!
CPS did an outstanding job for us. Our commercial refrigerator went down and they were out quickly, fixed the issue, and were reasonably priced. All in all an excellent experience
I was very disappointed when I took my mobile food trailer to have them check why my griddle top does not provide enough temperature for me when cooking. The service tech wear a shirt with certified word on his shirt. He told me that my griddle does not have temperature control. He said the knob is there to turn On and Off only. I asked and make comparison with a back yard grill and said a back yard grill is better than my 1200 dollars griddle. I find it hard to believe that a certified technician would say such thing.
