Definitely a 5*. These guys are knowledgeable and you cant beat their pricing. My go-to lighting solution and I am a 22 year electrician.
Awful company
We purchased recessed lights through their agent. The product was incorrect, so I returned the lights to their head office on April 15 and handed them directly to the agent. He told me over the phone that the refund would appear on our account on April 24, but we still have not received it. Very disappointed with the delay and lack of follow‑through.
Commercial Lighting has an amazing access to a vast number of manufacturers at a scale that provides discounts to us customers. Coupled with their years of experience, tremendous product knowledge and the most dedicated salesmen (Zack) in the business, why go anywhere else?
Very helpful team here that go above and beyond to provide support and speed of response to our needs. Worked with numerous people including Zack, Danielle and Kelly who have been excellent!
