I had a terrible experience with a phone call this morning with a saleslady. Not helpful and not knowledgeable in electric products. This is completely unacceptable customer service. If you’re selling lighting, you should at least have basic product knowledge or be willing to find out. And hanging up on a customer? That’s just unprofessional. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
The team at commercial lighting is very organized and does their best to satisfy the needs of their customers. We were dealing with Denzel who always gave prompt responses and made sure we got our supplies on time. Highly recommend.
