Seemed really good up front. We had a deal we thought we could get done. Got a bank offer as well. Things began to adjust a lot when they got more formal into PG issues and financials. Here's where the issues came. Rather than a quick update and what we needed to do via email, everything required waiting for a meeting on the calendar.
