These guys ignore calls don't return and aren't interested in providing service.. they're the only gig in town that has contracts with different apartment complexes. Rather than respond like a professional business would do when apartment management calls with maintenance issues they ignore for months and months and months. And they don't even return your money when you've lost it in their crappy coin operated machines. Not at all happy with commercial laundry and sales. Do not use them.
The washer at the apartment I live at has been down for months now. Management has called, but they haven't fixed it yet. Really seems like they don't give a shit, but just want your money. Choose a different company.
Andrew and Mike always come through for our Hospital. We use them regularly for Maytag equipment and parts. They always find us solutions when needed.
