The washer at the apartment I live at has been down for months now. Management has called, but they haven't fixed it yet. Really seems like they don't give a shit, but just want your money. Choose a different company.

Can’t seem to keep dryers working at the apartment complex I live at and they run the washers and dryers
I hate giving bad reviews, but these guys are very rude, unprofessional and don’t understand good business. We were trying to call them for weeks because we needed a part and eventually had to drive an hour and a half to get to their shop because nobody would return our call. They then treated my employees like garbage and said “why didn’t you schedule an appointment” My employees then said multiple people have been trying to call for weeks and that we didn’t want to have to drive, but we really needed the part and explained... read more
