Do not maintain their machines at all, you put in a work order and a week later it’s still the same issue, when you say something to them, they say oh we use another machine, but there’s no notification of sort. When you call to put in a service request a silly young girl answers the phone who has zero sense of organization and is extremely incompetent. This company Is a piece of work
Destroyed clothes and bedding for the sake of convenience not to mention all the broken machines that you receive no refund or contact after they take your hard earned money. It's hard to drive to somewhere else when you work 80+ hours but at a certain point it's better than this.
Absolutely the worst customer service. Leave a message and we'll never call you back or schedule an appointment should be their message. We have a community with their machines they can't service in a timely manner. As they say, buyer beware.
Very easy app to use at a great price. Def give it a 10/10 if I could. Takes the stress out of doing laundry while on vacation
