Apparently, if you call this company they love to just hang up on you before you even talk to anyone. Thought it was a clitch with their AI answering services, but when I called back and selected the same option, I was immediately hung up on. Just trying to give them a friendly heads up about one of their trucks leaking. But, oh well!
The prior HOA management company, Elite Management, assigned this company to our community. The work that CLM did was subpar, ranging from letting plants in common areas die, never uncovering tree skirts for more than a year, erratically trimming common area and a laundry list of little things that the neighbors would complain about. We were not impressed by the company and their work they did. I would never use them again.
Great experience working w/ the CLM team across the last 5+ years.
