Terrible... They messed up the foam insulation in our newly built community. They also never respond to requests, we had to put our own mulch down and our grass is patchy to say the least. Absolutely avoid this company
Sadly, this company was not chosen by the community HOA and was rather a holdover form when my community was built and no HOA was established. I am the President of my HOA and I know that if I was in my position when the community was built, I would have never hired this company to maintain our community. - Our community HOA fees go mostly to maintaining and mowing our lawns.
