Giving 5stars for last visit in Nov 2023… but can’t get a hold of you guys for my semi-annual service due since May 2024
We used this company for a few years to clean our kitchen exhaust system on a quarterly basis. I guess they've gone out of business, because they stopped showing up and I can't get ahold of them. I started getting quotes from other companies, and it turns out that these guys never cleaned (or rarely cleaned) the duct and exhaust fan on the roof, just the hood itself. We are very impressed with the work. The attention to detail is second to none. The cleanup was spotless. Our hoods look clean than they ever been before. They did the job the way it is supposed to be done; the old fashioned way, the right way, with pride. Their patience is impeccable. Again, Impressive! 6 out of 5
