Great place very helpful
Been going here for about 5 yrs now and they know me to always be polite and respectful even when I have to wait an hr to c the Dr but called yesterday to get my prescription FAXED INTO PHARMACY. I was told no problem well do that today well its the next day my script is over and I've called 3 times its almost closing and still haven't faxes my prescription??? And this is supposed to b to not use drugs then why the hell do I have to go buy methadone off the street??? Your to busy to FAX MY SCRIPT IT TAKES LITERALLY 2 MINS
This clinic has a great doctor and i have no complaints with him, but horrrible if you need to deal with the secretary. Absolutly worst experience of my life dealing with her. Over charged, hung up on, will not let you speak, and treats you like your a burden on her during every appointment or phone conversation.
