Izzy in service has always been great at getting us the service we need. The techs are professional and do a great job. Thank you CFP!!!
Their point of contact, Karina, was super helpful in getting us set up with service. The tech, Robert, showed up on time, educated me about the issues my system was experiencing and fixed said issues the same day. They're friendly, do a good job and have competitive pricing. I wont hesitate to call them should my system require maintenance in the future.
Nicole is the worst. She shouldn't be answering calls, she seems like she doesn't care about the customers. They were late to the job and their attitude was very "it is what it is". No apology what so ever. Don't use them. You will know it's her, she sounds very monotone. NOT RECOMMENDED!
