Great company they are very experienced. Techs were very courteous and respectful. They met all of our needs and we would do business with them again.
This company today had there employees parked up front in the handicap parking! When I address the employee he was rude and instructed me he was not moving he has a right to park there while working on the establishment, obviously he doesn’t know the law or respect the law!!! Handicap is for disable individual that need the parking do to physically disabilities like myself!!! Just know if the employee are disrespectful to the law and to the public what are they doing in your business!!!!
The technician guy Paul was amazing. I've been trying to figure out a very simple question to our panic doors at our nonprofit elks Lodge and nobody would help me or answer my questions due to this being a very skilled job.. LOL.. well Paul helped me out and in the future we will be doing our business with them. we will be updating soon for several elks lodges and will be giving them our business since they have great customer service and very good service. Thanks again
