I am a carrier and had an appointment time to be there they made me wait hours to load one pallet on my truck caused me to loose a load and he proceeded to lie to dispatcher saying I yelled at them and was disrespectful just like improve a point. Very unprofessional I sugggest making calls to check your appointment times before you use this company and loose out on time and money like I did
I needed some commercial door jambs last minute and they were able to supply them. Awesome customer service.
