Recommendedthey are very helpful and nice guys. They really try to make sure your making the right decision before you make any purchases and that stands out to me and tells me what they stand for.. I got my first mower from them 2 years ago and I'm on my second upgraded purchase now. they really take care of you here and are very honest people. if your a lawncare business or just mow yards after your daily job you'd know "ITS ALL ABOUT DEALER SUPPORT" And they have your back!
This place is it, the whole staff was very polite, an very attentive, an very fast . i could not believe the kinda service they provided an the turn around Omg ... These folks absolutely treat you like family ,they actually show they care about you an your business all the way around. Thanks to every single person that helped us get going an stay going while our mower was down!!! (highly recommended )
We had a bad experience with another shop (Frank's fix it shop where we purchased the Hustler hyperdrive). Franks wouldn't honor the warranty. We called Hustler and they sent us to Commercial cutting equipment. It was 30 miles out of the way but WELL WORTH THE DRIVE! Their customer service is unbeatable!! We didn't even purchase the mower from them but they treated us like family! We will definitely be making the drive to continue giving them our service from this day forward!! We can't thank them enough!! Great job guys!!

I landed at CCE after having what I would say bad customer service at my local Exmark dealer. The folks at CCE went above and beyond to help me out with the parts I was looking for even tho they didn’t carry the aftermarket parts I needed, they were still very helpful and got me pointed in the right direction.
