Only four stars since I have been using their services for less than a year. They have been faster, less expensive, and more honest than another big dealer closer to my area. I think these guys run one of the better Hustler servicing centers in the region. One other shop/distributor closer to my area will have no shame trying to get away with swapping out parts and trying to grossly mark-up other parts. i used these jokers on recomendation from a pro cutter.what a mistake.my exmark came back(finally) missing its front baffle kit which runs 250.00.it took me forever to figure out why my mower wasnt cutting as good as before(never thought to look under the deck it was in there for engine work- or that a DEALERSHIP would steal from me)mower goes in with a great cutting deck and comes out cutting like crap with half its parts missing underneath the deck.im going to exmark corporate for starters this aint over baby.
