From a truckers POV. These folks bring us to the wrong address then give us the wrong directions sending us to the wrong spot and just when you thought it won't get any worse, they gave me the wrong number for the wrong point of contact, but it's ok, cause I only lost an hour plus how long it takes for their coffee break and to unload 2 other trucks. A complete soup sandwich and a major waste of my time... yay me, I lost a load cause of it...
