Scott and crew came out quick and were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, clearly explained the 3 different path's forward with our AC unit and why they didn’t recommend one and gave us the pros and cons of the two others. Gave us time to decide and when we did they returned quickly and got our AC working during this heat wave. Will only be using them going forward with any HVAC needs. Highly recommend.

Furnace stopped all of a sudden and I woke up to a freezing home in sub-zero temperatures. I called Scott at 8AM and they were able to squeeze me in between appointments by 1030AM. The troubleshooted the issue, found the problem which I would have never thought of, and even came back a couple days later to finish a small repair that needed to be done outside. My Heat Heroes! Thanks for helping a brother out. Absolutely recommend.

BAD after installation service. They instal a thermostat in my house and the thermostat was faulty, they argue with me that it was normal and it couldn't be adjusted. Later ( after I did my own research) I called the manufacturer and they confirmed that it was a problem and I have to contact the installer AGAIN to have it replaced cause I needed a proof of purchase. After waiting for a call back, a finally have someone changed the thermostat and they changed me for it.
