Our company sent a file in for collections in October of 2019 and after leaving messages and making a number of calls and e-mails to the owner to follow-up, we received no responses. This file is now dead and we are out thousands of dollars due to the inaction. If it was not a suitable file for this company, some form of communication would have been appreciated.
This place is a scam. Trying to get you to pay debts that aren't even real. They won't even tell you what the debt is for, they just send random letters saying you "owe" money" to God knows who and to send a check directly to them.
This company has been great to work with. The goal is to get debts moving and they have done that for us. The current reviews do not reflect my experience from Commercial Collectors at all. It appears the debtors are doing the reviewing so far, and we all know it's no their fault! I highly recommend them from a business perspective and getting results.
This group is the worst. They don't answer phone calls, they don't read emails, they don't respond to requests.
