We have had a positive experience working with this collections agency. Their team is professional, responsive, and consistent with follow-ups. They communicate clearly throughout the collection process and have been helpful in recovering outstanding balances while maintaining a professional approach with our customers.
Commercial Collectors under new ownership did a great job for us. It's not often we need a service like this, but when those situations occur it's nice to have a trusted partner to work with.
Our company sent a file in for collections in October of 2019 and after leaving messages and making a number of calls and e-mails to the owner to follow-up, we received no responses. This file is now dead and we are out thousands of dollars due to the inaction. If it was not a suitable file for this company, some form of communication would have been appreciated.
