Terrible Company I purchased a 3,000 dollar ice machine from this company and they sold me a product that didn't work. With in the first month, the ice machine stopped working and I was unable to sell ice to my customers. When I called Commercial Beverage, I spoke to Doug who was extremely unhelpful in the matter. It took a few calls for him to find someone to look at my machine. During conversations with Doug, he had said things like "why are you calling me" and "it's not my fault".
