this has been the worst experience I've had at a bank i came in with all the proper documents and they told me when i got there that everyone who was able to help me had gone home even thought it was still within their hours of operation. after that a employee took my information down and said they would give me a call the following day to book an appointment over the phone as it was a bit of a drive for me to make and was only able to make it there on Thursdays, so i agreed, i did not get a call and had to call in and book ... read more

rude workers, open hours are wrong online (says 8) but they close at 4. A terrible bank in general
Absolutely terrible... There is no way to reach anyone live on the phone. I've been on hold for over an hour and 23 minutes. Theres no way it is that busy on a Saturday.
Had a positive experience at this location. Laurie took the time to ensure my transaction was smooth and efficient. Laurie followed up to advise what the next steps were and what I could expect. Fantastic customer service. Thank you
