Went in Diboll branch to open 3 accounts ( 1 personal, 2 business). Switching from another bank in town. Best experience I’ve ever had at a bank. These girls are wonderful!! So much better than the bank I’m leaving….one of the reasons I’m leaving. Plus we got free gifts for each account, pens and money bags for the business accounts! It was like Christmas! 😅
I'm pleased and satisfied with the service I receive at CBTX In Diboll, TX. Martha, Barbara and Amanda always take care of my banking needs. All three ladies work very good together which makes my experience there very comfortable. Great bank for our small town.
I have been using Commercial Bank of Texas for over 20yrs have never had a problem with any of the Branches. I normally use the Diboll Branch where Martha has taken care of all my needs for years.
